Lovely and great staff provides an exceptional service.

A pleasant way to end my trip. Newly remodelled hotel with extremely helpful and top-class staff, walk from restaurants and bars. Great value rooms with private patio away from smokers, and particularly good restaurant.

Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Excellent place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. I remember on my first stay, the staff helped me print documents, a great help. I highly recommend staying here, and I'm coming back for Xmas.

The single room felt cramped, particularly when it came to stowing luggage. I noticed some maintenance issues-the AC made unusual noises and leaked water after about ten minutes of use. The bathroom had limited storage options, challenging to organize my toiletries. While the hotel had decent Wi-Fi, connectivity seemed shaky at times. A few ants, a bit unsettling even if I was offered bug spray to manage it.

The guided Pompeii tour with an archeologist enriched our visit. Relaxing evenings in the lovely garden allowed us to unwind after exploring the ruins.

The Diana hotel provided an excellent experience during my recent business trip. The room wasnice and neat, with reliable air conditioning and good Wi-Fi. The staff, including Claudia and Giuseppe, were friendly and efficient, readily assisting with my work-related needs. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Pompeii ruins and the train station. The continental breakfast included fresh pastries and quality coffee.

The shower pressure could use improvement.

The staff were friendly. The double room was comfortable, and we loved the lovely garden for evening aperitifs. Plus, it's super close to excellent restaurants like garum!

Very narrow entrance to the parking lot!!! Room sizes could use clearer expectations on what to expect!!! Wi-Fi inconsistencies can really dampen your experience!!! Limited evening options leave you seeking entertainment elsewhere!!!

This was a great spot for exploring Pompeii. I loved the convenient location, just a short walk to the archaeological sites and train stations. Room was clean and adequately comfortable, though a bit outdated. The staff was really good. They helped me with directions and were very accommodating during my entire stay.

I loved how close I was to the archaeological park and the very nice restaurants nearby. The staff here were also super attentive to my needs, enhancing my experience.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace while sipping coffee in the evening. The room was cozy but a bit tight for three of us, and the shower could use a little extra space. Overall, it was a wonderful choice for a family getaway, and I’d recommend checking out the local eateries for a taste of the area! 😊
